RESURRECCIÓN
La vida del hombre no termina cuando este fallece como muchas personas lo creen, ya que en ese instante, el cuerpo es el único que deja de tener vida, pero el alma se mantiene con vida eternamente. El alma tras la muerte del cuerpo, permanece en un estado de reposo, esperando a ser resucitado, ya sea en la primera resurrección o en la segunda, todo dependerá de cómo vivió mientras su cuerpo estaba con vida. Si antes de su muerte física el hombre aceptó a Jesucristo y vivió en conformidad a la voluntad de su Señor, tendrá parte en la primera resurrección, pero si murió sin a ver aceptado a Cristo tendrá parte en la segunda resurrección, para ser condenado a una eternidad de sufrimiento. La resurrección de entre los muertos es algo real y fue afirmada por Jesucristo a los saduceos, quienes no creían en la resurrección. Si Jesucristo afirmo la existencia de la resurrección, en nuestro ser no debe haber ninguna duda, más bien debemos tener la certeza de que seremos resucitados por nuestro Señor. Mateo 22:32.
