PROTECCIÓN CONTRA EL MALIGNO
Los seguidores de Cristo están en constante peligro, debido a que el maligno está asechando sus vidas para atraparlos es sus redes y apartarlos del camino de la salvación y la vida eterna. Pero todos los esfuerzos que realice el maligno serán en vano, debido a que los creyentes están bajo el cuidado y la protección de Dios Padre. Esta protección y cuidado para los redimidos, Jesucristo personalmente le pidió a Su amado Padre por medio de una oración profunda. Para esta protección divina, el Señor no pidió a su Padre que quitara a sus seguidores de este mundo, sino solamente que los guardara de las asechanzas del maligno, y así no pueda lastimarlos con sus ataques y artimañas. Esta intercesión que realizo Cristo, no solo fue por sus discípulos sino por todos sus seguidores, razón por la cual los creyentes en la actualidad pueden estar seguros de que Dios los cuidará y los protegerá de los ataques del maligno, ya que Dios es más poderoso que su adversario.
