e-mail address, anyone who glances at your e-mail address will see how
to be saved, and anyone who types your address will REALLY have to notice!
How to get started: Send an e-mail to mailrequest AT JesusIsLife
DOT net (spambot-proof, sorry for the inconveniece). Include in
your e-mail your name, the address you want (i.e. what@JesusIsLife.net),
the password you want to use (I have to set it, for now),
and maybe a bit about why you would like to have a JesusIsLife.net e-mail
address.

You agree to not hold Micah Yoder or anyone else involved with
JesusIsLife.net or Yoder Internet Development responsible for any
lost mail or any other consequences of using this service.
- You agree to not use this service against its intended purpose,
which is to glorify God and make the way to Him clearly known to
all who interact with you.
- If you subscribe to any high volume mailing lists, I would
appreciate it if you use another account for that.
- SPAM: JesusIsLife.net strongly opposes the use of
Unsolicited Commercial E-mail. You agree not to send such mail
with your JesusIsLife.net address, and you agree to not mention
the JesusIsLife.net domain in any unsolicited mass mailing, especially
in the
From: or Reply-To: headers.
- In addition, when starting to use a new e-mail address, this
is a great time to take some measures to ensure that it will be
(mostly) spam-free for a long time to come. Please use reasonable caution
when giving out your JesusIsLife.net e-mail address. Here are some
helpful tips:
- When posting in a public Internet forum such as a newsgroup or
message board, take this step to "hide" your address from spam
harvesters: Instead of posting as yourname@JesusIsLife.net,
post as yourname@JesusIsLife.NO-SPAM.net. Humans will
know to remove the NO-SPAM, but spambots will not. Also, please put
the NO-SPAM after the @ sign, not before.
yourname-NO-SPAM@JesusIsLife.net is bad
because the spambot will still be able to find the JesusIsLife.net
mail server.
- Don't type your e-mail address in to questionable web sites.
Of course, don't hide it too hard because the point of
JesusIsLife.net is to get people to see the domain!

Technical Details
Here's what you need to know to get your e-mail. You need a mail
program that can use the POP3 protocol (most of them can).

To clarify on the user name, if your address is bob@JesusIsLife.net,
you would enter jln_bob as your POP3 user name. Also, your user name
must be entered in all lower case. Don't worry, when someone sends
you e-mail, they can use mixed or upper case, you just need to LOG IN with
lower case letters.
